Hosted by Domaine de Boisbuchet, I was sponsored by the Medici Collective and JamFactory to attend a workshop, hosted by Jonas Lutz and Satoshi Yoshida of Artek, to explore and rethink the potential of wood, and examining how conventional uses can be reimagined and expanded for contemporary practice. This marks a pivotal point in my practice in which I am earnestly trying to explore combining material and mediums.
