RETURNS

Please note that all Tom Summers pieces are handmade, and as such, they each have their own individual traits that one does not see in products made in an assembly line. For example, some Tom Summers pieces have hairline fractures in the clay body that do not impact the performance of the object.

In the event that you would like a refund, our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, Tom Summers Studio can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This 30 day policy only applies to products that do not have a major defect that inhibits the performance of the purchased product or you would not have purchased the product if you were aware of aforementioned defect. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Tom Summers Studio is happy to exchange items in the unfortunate event that you are not happy upon the receipt of your purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

EXCHANGES

In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your purchase, Tom Summers Studio is happy to provide an exchange. These products are made to be appreciated fully and completely. If you are requiring for an exchange for any reason, please send us an email at hello@tomsummers.co.

We will advise you of the address to send your refund or exchange item to during the course of our communication. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, Tom Summers Studio doesn’t guarantee that it will receive your returned item.


SHIPPING

Shipping is currently only within Australia and New Zealand.

We ship all of our products using Sendle and shipping will be automatically calculated at final checkout. All shipments through Sendle are tracked and are insured to $1500. You will receive a copy of this tracking code upon shipment of your purchase. Tracking may not be available for some destinations, depending on the Sendle shipping partner. Please allow approximately 5 days for arrival of your product(s) within Australia once shipped.

At present, we are not shipping internationally. If you are very interested in a Tom Summers piece, please contact hello@tomsummers.co and we can arrange a custom shipping option for you. International order times may vary. International orders may attract tariffs and taxes upon receipt at customs. In the unlikely event that this occurs, Tom Summers Studio is not liable for these charges. These charges are to be paid for the recipient of the purchase.
